Terms of service

NON-CUSTOM (preexisting work)

• All non-custom work is sold as is, no additions or changes will be made to existing work.

CUSTOM WORK (made for you)

• Custom work agreement and deposit must be paid prior to any conversations, design work up or actual work is begun.
• All custom work design is sole property of DGF Studio 13 (the Artist) and subject to all copyright laws. Custom work may not be reproduced without the written consent of the Artist.
• All custom work is assessed in cost by materials, and labor (time spent). Client will receive a loose quote for an estimated price at the beginning of the job, and a final invoice for actual cost. Which will be paid in full before shipping is concluded.
• All custom work is covered for life time repair. Shipping not included.
• All custom work is not returnable, as per the refund policy, due to the nature of the product. However, if there are changes that could be made to improve the product, buyer pays return shipping for modifications.
